Meet Our Team
Alyssa Klem
Cabinetry Design Consultant
Alyssa Klem brings nearly 13 years of retail and management experience to the Silver Lake Cabinetry team, along with a lifelong passion for interior design and home renovations. A Milford, NH native, Alyssa spent more than a decade building her career in retail, including managing several different companies, where she sharpened the customer service, communication, and leadership skills that now anchor her work with her cabinetry clients.
In early 2025, Alyssa channeled her longtime love of design into a new chapter, transitioning from retail leadership into the interior design industry. After getting her start with a national home improvement retailer, she joined the Silver Lake Cabinetry team, where she helps clients create kitchens and baths that feel both beautiful and uniquely their own.
What Alyssa loves most about her role is the warmth of the team around her. She has come to appreciate the family atmosphere at Silver Lake Cabinetry — a welcoming environment where colleagues are quick to lend a hand and genuinely invested in one another's success. That sense of collaboration fuels her enthusiasm for the work she does every day.
Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, family, and friends. She is happiest on a lake day or out exploring somewhere new, always up for the next adventure.
Nicole George
Director of Retail Sales, FloorMe! & Silver Lake Cabinetry
Nicole brings a unique blend of design expertise, product knowledge, and genuine customer care to the Silver Lake Cabinetry showroom. With a background in interior design across Colorado and Hawaii, Nicole has worked on projects ranging from Aspen ski homes and downtown penthouses to a complete renovation of a Japanese wedding chapel in Waikiki. Her work has been featured in Boulder County Lifestyle, Luxe, and Modern Wahine magazines.
Today, Nicole channels her design experience into helping clients create cabinetry spaces that are beautiful, functional, and tailored to their lifestyles. Whether a homeowner is updating a kitchen, designing a bath, or planning custom storage solutions, Nicole’s goal is to make the process enjoyable, inspiring, and confidence-building from start to finish.
She is also deeply engaged in the broader industry. Nicole is a member of Women of the Flooring Business, a Certified Sales Advisor through the National Wood Flooring Association, and an active participant in several professional design and flooring groups. These networks keep her connected to emerging trends, quality standards, and creative ideas that she brings back to the showroom.
Though she never expected her career to lead her into the cabinetry world, Nicole is grateful it did. She loves the energy and collaboration of the Nashua Home Design Center and the chance to work with a team dedicated to exceptional customer service. Her favorite part of each day is guiding clients through design choices that make their homes feel more personal, functional, and inviting.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys beach days in the summer, snowboarding in the winter, and spending time with her husband, young son, and yellow lab. She frequently travels back to her native Colorado to visit family and enjoy the mountains she grew up in.
Merrill McNally
Marketing Manager
Merrill McNally has always been passionate about creativity, communication, and connecting people with great design. She holds a BA in Business Marketing and Advertising from the University of New England in Biddeford, ME, a foundation that helped shape her well-rounded approach to modern marketing.
As the Marketing Manager, Merrill blends both sides of her craft with ease. Her work spans all areas of the marketing mix, and she loves telling each brand’s story in a way that resonates with the clients and communities she serves.
What Merrill values most about her workplace is the supportive, family-like environment. The culture is warm and welcoming, and filled with people who hold themselves to a high standard. That shared sense of pride and commitment inspires her every day.
Outside of work, Merrill continues to explore her creative interests through graphic design, illustration, and interior design. She is also an experienced ceramicist. She enjoys volunteering with animal welfare organizations and mentors young women in her community. When she’s not crafting something beautiful, you can find her spending time with her husband and friends or exploring the natural beauty of New Hampshire.
